Who?

I'm Northern, cultured and, thanks to my dad, my name evolved to bean (georgina - gina - gene - bean) Hence CULTUREbean. 

What?

I write short reviews and general thoughts about cultural events, experiences and places.

When?

Culturebean was born when I graduated with a BA Hons in Drama and Creative Writing in 2011 to keep up my flare for writing and satisfy that wordy kinda nerdy and most definitely opinionated part of me. I work full time running Museums events and aim to blog weekly.

How?

My blog is creative, cheeky, young and fun. And always honest. #honestyisthebestpolicy

Why?

This blog enabled me to log my many cultural passions from behind a screen. I'm definitely an active culture seeker and want to promote the Northern scene.
